on the road again...

Maddie here again- excuse the lack of capital letters; I'm comin at you from the blackberry. Well, after heading out this morning from the beautiful RE Lee Episcopal Church (a beautiful, peppy service complete with Haitian missionary sermon and friendly folks who gave us the leftover fruit salad from coffee hour for our picnic), we left for a thoroughly interesting day of activities. First on the list of stops was Foamhenge, a life-size replica of Stonehemge... But made of FOAM blocks spray painted gray. It was certainly an experience- don't worry, of course we have pictures. Thought it was a little buggy, so we headed out in search of a picnic table in a scenic place. And we found it! While Patrick told us stories of Indian princess love stories, we chowed down on pb+j and discussed the church service we went to this morning as well as strange religious experiences. From there we headed out in search of the dinosaur adventure park, and BOY did we find it. Kitschy to the max, we walked through this epic adventure, in which confederate soldiers fought against the north in an effort to tame the dinosaurs they had discovered. The signage stated that the rebels one, but honestly it looked like the dinosaurs we're eating them for lunch. Literally. After this, we headed back over the monster house ghost tour... It looked a little too realistic for me and mom, so we waited outside... And listened to others scream for a good 15 minutes. From there, we treated jo with some benadryll (bee sting maybe?) And headed out. On the road again, our eta for st paul is z tonight. We've seen cows, cracker barrels, and a really good actor or a very real hillbilly trying to take us on a big foot hunt... Yeah, I don't think so, but thanks very much :)
